1. Apply

2. Matching
When we receive your application, it will be assessed on the basis of the requirements for the position. We look at your CV and motivation. If it matches the vacancy, we will invite you for an interview. No first interview? Don't worry, we regularly have new vacancies online!
3. Interview
Next, you will have an interview with an HR adviser and your immediate superior. Here you can show what you have in store and why you are the perfect candidate for this position. We discuss your knowledge, skills and development opportunities. And, of course, we also tell you what we have to offer. If we believe there is a connection, a follow-up interview follows in which we get to know each other even better. Here we dive deeper into the job details and discuss the last remaining points. During this interview, you may also be asked to take an assessment. This will already be indicated in the vacancy.
4. Congratulations!
An offer has been made! If you accept the offer, a contract will be drawn up and signed. And after that? Then you officially join us and the adventure can begin.
